A STABILITY INDICATING ANALYTICAL METHOD FOR THE ESTIMATION OF RASAGILINE IN SOLID DOSAGE FORMS BY RPHPLC
A rapid accurate and precise RP-HPLC method for the determination of Rasagiline in tablet dosage form has been developed and validated. The result was well achieved by using ODS C18 RP Column, (150×4.6mm), 5µm and Acetonitrile: Phosphate Buffer as Mobile Phase with a pH of 7.0(±0.05) and with ammonia solution, a flow rate of 1.5 ml/min was maintained and monitored at 210nm.The Retention time of Rasagiline is 5.1 minutes. The correlation factor was 0.9996; the so developed method was validated according to ICH guidelines and standards. All the parameters were in acceptable range
