  ABSTRACT

BIOLOGICAL AND MICROSCOPIC MECHANISM OF NIPAH VIRUS CONTAMINATION TO PERSONAL IN SOUTH INDIAN STATES KERALA AND KARNATAKA

Nipah germ or virus (NIV) is two part of a group of category of Niv recently come out the species assorted epidemic of Nipah virus become utilized in south Indian states which is mainly in Kerala and Karnataka, since may 2018. The lung tissues are crucial for initially working for protective system and positively interfere in inflammatory presenter protective systems from the opposition presenter and protective from opposition viral or for infectious disease. Nipah viral disease of the central nervous system and interpretation of Tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α) and Interleukin 1 beta (IL1β) and interruption of BBB along with the associated of neurological sign and symptoms. Initiation of neurological injuries and death and these cytokines inflammation have shown to increasing the electromagnetism of BBB. As long as the causes of tumor necrosis factor alpha (TNF-α) and Interleukin 1 beta (IL-1β) interpretations of spinal cord and brain are unidentified, that’s also contaminated by Niv. In conclusion largely to unknown microscopic mechanisms pathogenesis of Nipah virus. And assorted animals imitations are applicable, as well as green monkey in Africa, ferrets and hamsters. Applicable to the research various elements of Niv infectious disease in the lung epithelium, and relevant biologically in vitro models of initial cultures of human cell, neurons and endothelial, and applicable for host pathogen interaction in depth analysis. Already have shown in this research difference responses in host cell according to different kinds and due to extension of virus.
