AN OVERVIEW ON HPLC AND UPLC TROUBLE SHOOTING
In current trends, liquid chromatography plays a key role in the analysis of multiple API’s and excipients especially HPLC and UPLC. While usage of these instruments, many problems will arise this may be due to chemistry i.e. column/ guard column, solvent and sample or either by software or hardware i.e. pump, injector, detector and integrator. This should be minimized or avoided. The most common problems rose during usage of HPLC and UPLC, which can be corrected by definite procedures, makes the correct usage of LC instruments with high degree of accuracy, reliability.
