AFM-NANO-STRUCTURAL FEATURES OF METALIZED POLYPHOSPHATES PROTECTIVE LAYER FOR BIO-DEGRADABLE BONES
The protective nano-cobalt cyclotetraphosphate ceramic was synthesized by two step hydrothermal reactions. The precursor initially fired then sintered at elevated different temperatures to optimize best conditions to obtain Co2P4O12 crystal form with high purity. The products were monitored by both of XRD, IR spectra by additional to accurate 3D- imaging via atomic force microscope (AFM) to analyze surface nature topology of this compound which is applied as bio-protective layer for biodegradable bones or composites/teeth
