CHILAIDITI SYNDROME: A RARE ENTITY ON IMAGING
Demetrius Chilaiditi first described in 1910, a radiographic finding of hepatodiaphragmatic interposition of hollow viscera, colon or bowel, referred to as Chilaiditi sign. This finding is a rare anomaly incidentally seen on chest or abdominal radiographs with an incidence of 0.025–0.28%.Chilaiditi syndrome refers to the medical condition in which a Chilaiditi sign is accompanied by clinical symptoms. Here we report a case of Chilaiditi Syndrome (a rare entity on imaging) in case of abdominal tuberculosis
